FREDERICTON, NEW BRUNSWICK
With December less four months away, the team at BullyingCanada, a youth driven Anti-Bullying Organization are in the process of preparing for their second annual Anti-Bullying Day slated to take place on Friday, December 17th, 2010.
“Anti-Bullying Day has been provincially designated for each December 17th within the Province of New Brunswick, to ensure that the necessary work on the topic of bullying is not forgotten” said Rob Frenette, co-founder of BullyingCanada.ca
This year’s goal is to double the amount of schools, organizations and businesses that will take part in the events. Anti-Bullying Day has the mission of asking citizens to ‘Take a Stand’ by wearing blue, the color of the Anti-Bullying Awareness Ribbon.
