Katie Neu Speaks to CKNX
A teen from Listowel is celebrating a major victory in her fight against bullying.
'Bullying Canada' Co-founder Katie Neu says an MP from New Brunswick is starting to circulate a national anti-bullying petition.
She says the petition will lobby for the federal government to introduce anti-bullying legisation.
Neu co-founded 'Bullying Canada' with Rob Frenette -- after both suffered years of bullying during their early school years.
The petition will be circulating over the next few weeks, and Neu hopes thousands of Canadians will support the initiative.

A Listowel teen could be one step closer to making bullying illegal in Canada.
An MP from New Brunswick is starting to circulate a national anti-bullying petition on behalf of the group "Bullying Canada".
The petition will lobby for the federal government to introduce anti-bullying legisation.
Co-founder Katie Neu thinks people will take the issue more seriously once it's made into a criminal offense.
Neu is also working with Co-founder Rob Frenette on a seperate petition, lobbying to make cyber-bullying illegal.
