Bathurst- A six year old boy is dead, apparently the result of bullying, now the New Brunswick teen who created an anti bullying website is calling for tougher laws for youths that take a life.
"When I heard about it, I was utterly shocked." That from Robert Frenette, creator of the anti bullying website....bullyingcanada.ca, shaken by the news of the death of Adam Keeper.

RCMP say three boys aged between seven and nine...stripped the young boy and pushed him into a lake. He could not swim.
Frenette says due to their age they will not be held criminally responsible, and that seems wrong.
"Unfortunately it looks like our justice system has failed in this case, basically they are getting away with murder in my opinion."
Frenette says more awareness needs to be raised about this subject because its not just harmless childhood fun.
He encourages parents to look for warning whether their child is being bullied or is the bully.
