Rob Frenette Speaks To EZ Rock About "Blue Day"

It’s a Blue Day when kids are bullied.

But one student is trying to put an end to the global problem.

Robert Frenette of NBCC Woodstock is organizing Blue Day, a day where everyone wears something blue and participates in a rally to show their support for anti-bullying initiatives.

He wants people from the east coast to the west coast to recognize the day.

In Woodstock, Blue Day will be held on December 17th in the Woodstock High School Theatre.

Frenette tells EZ Rock listeners the message he and others are trying to promote.

Frenette said Blue Day participants on December 17th will include District 14 Superintendent Lisa Gallagher, Woodstock Mayor Art Slipp and Woodstock MLA David Alward.
